Tributes

At Rob’s service on Thursday, 17th December at Rosslyn Hill Chapel many personal tributes were paid to him by his family and friends.

They have been collected together in a Tributes section of the web site.

Thanks to Rob’s relatives and colleagues who offered up their beautiful and heartfelt words for collection on this web site, and to Sarah for gathering the material.

Finally, as 2009 closes – sadder for the loss of Rob – it’s good to mention that The Rob Holdstock Memorial Fund now stands at over £1,000.

Our gratitude to those who have donated to The Woodland Trust fund. Donations are open until March next year. It would be wonderful to collect enough money to dedicate an acre of woods in memory of Rob and his work. No one loved the woodland more, or better expressed its deep primal connection to our mythology, and our unconscious fears and desires.
